By accessing and placing an order with Vamtac® Clothing, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

1. Copyright

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Vamtac® Clothing or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Vamtac® Clothing and protected by international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Vamtac® Clothing or its software suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

2. Intellectual Property

Vamtac® Clothing owns all intellectual property rights to the products and services offered on our website. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written permission.

3. Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Vamtac® Clothing, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require the following:

Fill out the return form included with your order and mail it back to us. Ensure you detail the reason for return.
Send your item back to the address detailed on the return form. You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure all return conditions are met. If the conditions are satisfied, we will process your full refund. You will receive your refund back to the original payment method within 5 working days after receiving your return.

Returns Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned if they are:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom made items
Perishable goods

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In your email, please include images of the damaged item. We have no time limit on addressing issues related to damaged items.

4. Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes: We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and availability of the product and the method of delivery.

Tracking Your Order: We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped, containing details of your tracking number and links to track your parcel’s progress to your delivery address.

Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address on an order after it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you require an address change so we can attempt to intercept the parcel. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes once the parcel has been dispatched.

Refused Delivery: If no one is available to take delivery, the carrier should leave a notice and re-attempt delivery in the next 1-2 days. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the return postage fees. We recommend returning the parcel to sender to avoid further issues.

Delivery Issues: Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your order, or if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product so we can work to swiftly resolve any issues.

Loss Or Damage In Transit: Vamtac® Clothing is not liable for any loss or damage to orders delivered by third party delivery services once the parcel has left our warehouse. By placing an order with us, you agree to the Returns Policy in full and acknowledge you will contact the delivery service directly with any queries relating to damaged, lost or stolen orders.

You have the option of adding shipping insurance for all your orders above a certain threshold, which is chargeable at the point of checkout. This insures the value of your items should they be lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance or require further information.

5. Promotions & Discounts

Discount Coupons: From time to time, Vamtac® Clothing may offer promotional discount codes as part of marketing campaigns. Discount codes are one-time use only, so will become invalid after applying a discount to an order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Loyalty Rewards: Vamtac® Clothing offers a loyalty rewards program where customers can earn points on purchases. These loyalty points can be redeemed in the form of discount vouchers on future purchases. Please see Loyalty Rewards section for full details.

Sales Promotions: Vamtac® Clothing offers sales promotions periodically. Sales promotions are exclusive offers that provide additional discounts on selected items for certain periods. Sales promotions are only redeemable during the dates specified for that particular promotion.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel any order for which the discount was applied invalidly, ineligible or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Disable customer accounts or restrict access to our website if we suspect a customer is abusing promotions or operating multiple accounts to gain excess discounts.
Change the rules and benefits associated with our promotions, discounts and loyalty program without prior notice.

6. Loyalty Rewards

The Vamtac® Clothing Loyalty Rewards program allows customers to earn 1 point for every $1 spent when logged into their account. Every 100 points earns a $5 discount voucher that can be applied to future purchases.

Earning Points:

Points are only earned on the value of products purchased, not including taxes, shipping fees or gift wrapping.
Points cannot be earned on purchases made with discount vouchers.
Points are assigned to the customer account used at checkout.
Points earned with a guest checkout are not saved. Customers must create an account to redeem loyalty rewards.

Redeeming Points:

Points are redeemable in 100 point increments ($5 discount vouchers).
Points expire 12 months after the date earned if there is no account activity in that time.
Discount vouchers are one-time use only.
Vouchers expire 30 days after issue if not used.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Vouchers are applicable to the total product purchase amount only, excluding taxes, shipping fees or gift wrapping.
Vamtac® Clothing reserves the right to cancel and make deductions from loyalty points in cases of returns, refunds or other instances at our discretion.

Account Termination: Vamtac® Clothing reserves the right to close customer accounts and delete all accumulated points if we suspect abuse or manipulation of the loyalty program.

7. Payments

We accept the following payment methods on Vamtac® Clothing:

All major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
PayPal
Apple Pay

Payment Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize Vamtac® Clothing to charge the order amount to the payment method you have selected.

Automatic Payment Methods: If you select automatic payment methods such as a saved credit card or PayPal account, you authorize us to automatically charge that payment method each time you make a purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the transaction. Declined transactions may incur fees imposed by the payment provider.

Taxes: All prices and charges are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

8. Account Security

Account Registration: You have the option to register an account with Vamtac® Clothing. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

Passwords: You are responsible for keeping your password secure and should not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately so we can take appropriate safeguards.

Account Termination: Vamtac® Clothing reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account if suspicious activity occurs without refund of any outstanding credit. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may also be deleted along with unused loyalty points.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Vamtac® Clothing website or services to:

Violate any laws, regulations or third party policies.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.
Distribute spam, junk communications or chain letters.
Distribute viruses or malware.
Defame, harass or threaten others.
Distribute obscene or illegal content.
Harvest personal information of other users without consent.
Misrepresent your identity or provide inaccurate personal information.
Access restricted user accounts or systems without authorization.

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate any user account violating the Acceptable Use Policy without notice or refund.
Report violations of law enforcement authorities or impacted third parties.
Investigate suspected Acceptable Use Policy violations.

10. User Content

User Content Definition: Any text, images, audio, or other multimedia content submitted by users to Vamtac® Clothing.

Ownership: User content remains the intellectual property of the contributor. By submitting user content to Vamtac® Clothing, you grant us permission to reproduce and distribute your user content in order to display, promote and redistribute that content on our website and marketing materials.

Rights Of Removal: You may request for your user content to be removed from our website by contacting us and providing proof of ownership. In certain cases, we may not be able to comply with removal requests, such as when content has already been distributed for promotions, if it would violate another user’s privacy or if it is not technically feasible.

No Compensation: You agree that we may use user content without providing monetary compensation to the contributor.

11. Reviews

Customers are welcome to provide reviews of Vamtac® Clothing products and services. By submitting a review, you agree that it will be governed by the following policies:

Vamtac® Clothing makes every effort to maintain accuracy of information and functionality on our website, but cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from use of our site or order of our products and services, including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree that use of Vamtac® Clothing is at your own risk and we are not liable for any issues arising from:

Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions on our website.
Performance or interruption of our site due to technical issues or factors outside our control.
Delays in shipment, delivery failures or product damages after an order has shipped.
Any harm resulting from user content provided by third parties.
Exposure to viruses or security risks outside our control.
Linking to third party websites we do not control.

Our maximum liability arising from any product or service ordered will be limited to the amount paid for that particular item only.

13. Indemnification

By using Vamtac® Clothing or submitting any user content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vamtac® Clothing and our affiliates from any claims or damages including legal fees arising from:

Any user content you provide, including copyright infringement claims.
Your violation of these terms and conditions.
Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Vamtac® Clothing after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States and the State of California. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States and the State of California.
